Our owner Tim has a passion for construction and real estate coupled with a long history of serving our communities with being a volunteer Firefighter and EMT for almost 15 years. Home Inspection brings all of Tim’s passions together, his passion for construction, real estate, and public service. Tim provides a different vision as to what he believes a home inspection experience should be and this is reflected in every home inspection we complete. He believes that a home inspection should be educational for buyers and sellers; it should be a comprehensive inspection report put together in a way that guides the recipient of the report through their decision and can be used as a tool and resource in the future. We here at Guardian Home Inspection believe in a true commitment to delivering a great home inspection experience. We believe that when we agree to complete an inspection, we truly have a responsibility to our clients.
